FALSE ALARMS

Fire, Environmental, and Panic alarms are not counted toward false alarms. An alarm that is canceled and an officer does not respond to the alarm site does not count as a false alarm. All false alarm fees are billed through utilities.

  • 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th invalid Police responses - FREE
  • 6th and additional invalid Police responses in a 12-month period - $50 each

False alarm fees are billed to your utility billing account

Whether you are a resident or a business, registering your security camera system can help Detectives investigate criminal offenses.  Your information regarding your camera system will be for official use only and will remain confidential.  This information will not be distributed except as required by law or a court order.  This program is voluntary, and you can withdraw from it at any time.
