HPDPS Starting Salary & Benefits for 2024

  • Public Safety Officer (no certifications): $72,280.50 - $73,677.50 annually*
  • Police or Fire certified personnel: $73,677.50 - $91,646.10 annually*
  • Fully-certified Public Safety Officer (police and fire) personnel: $91,646.10 - $131,063.40 annually*
  • Dispatcher: $54,600 annually

*an 8% paramedic incentive is added to the base salary upon completion of paramedic school
