Holiday Tree Lighting Ceremony

Ring in the holiday season at the Town's Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony! 

Join the community on Thursday, December 4, 2025, as we gather at the Landmark Pecan Tree to usher in the most wonderful time of the year.

Starting at 6:00 p.m. on the 4200 block of Armstrong Avenue, enjoy festive activities, delicious treats, and holiday cheer for all ages. At 7:00 p.m., Santa will make his grand arrival to lead the countdown and light the tree, marking the official start of the holiday season.

Help spread a little extra cheer this season by bringing new, unwrapped toys to the event to benefit children in need through Toys for Tots.

Letters to Santa

Santa is waiting to hear from you! A special mailbox for your letters to Santa will be set up at Town Hall from Tuesday, December 2 through Saturday, December 6 and at the Annual Tree Lighting event. Be sure to include your name and return address so Santa can send you a special reply!

Remember to write clearly so that Santa can read your letter. You can write your letter on your own paper and decorate it as much as you like, or you can use this handy template to help create your holiday wish list.

Parents: If you'd like to keep a copy of your child's wish list, please make sure to do so before dropping it in the mailbox.
