Guest Passes and Resident Day Passes
Guest passes and day passes will also be available for purchase to HP Residents during the swim season. All guests to the HP Swimming Pool must be accompanied by a resident that holds a valid pool permit for the season. Both passes are $7.00 per pass. To make sure you are able to purchase your day or guest passes HP Staff recommends that you create your account now and make sure it is verified as an HP Resident account. If you need assistance with your account set up or purchasing pool tags, please call Customer Service during normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at 214-521-4161.
New Check In System at the Pool
Gone are the paper sign-in sheets! When you purchase your Pool Permits this year, please take your receipt to the pool with you the first time you visit. You will be able to search for each permit holder's name on the computer screen and just click CHECK IN.
For an even faster check in experience, you can request a membership card that has a barcode, and just scan the barcode each time you visit the HP Pool. You can even take a photo of the barcode to store on your phone to scan from your mobile device. To request a Pool Permit card, please email Holly Russell, Management Assistant, at hrussell@hptx.org after you have purchased all of your family member’s pool permits. You will be able to pick up your card on your first visit to the Pool. Printed cards will be delivered to the Pool Manager every Monday for pick up at the Pool Office. We also recommend adding a profile photo to your account for added security. Day Passes & Guest Passes will issue a receipt/ticket at the time of online purchase. The receipt will have a barcode for scanning for each pass you have purchased. Passes can only be used on the date you specify in the transaction that you will be visiting the pool. Passes can only be scanned once.
