  3. Authors LIVE! Presents: Jojo Moyes

October 16, 7:00 PM - 8:00 PM @ Authors LIVE! is co-sponsored by The Friends of the Highland Park Library, Highland Park United Methodist Church, and The Friends of the SMU Libraries.

Jojo Moyes, the best-selling author of Me Before You, brings us a story of Depression-era America, of five extraordinary women, and their remarkable journey through the mountains of Kentucky and beyond.

At times funny, at others heartbreaking, The Giver of Stars is a richly rewarding novel of women’s friendship, of true love, and of what happens when we reach beyond our grasp for the great beyond. Soon to be a major motion picture.

Autographed books will be available for purchase before and after the program. The author will personalize her book after the program.

The 7:00 p.m. Authors LIVE! programs are free and open to the public. The 6:00 p.m. Author Reception including a signed copy of the author's book is $30 and must be reserved at least two (2) days in advance by contacting HPUMC at 214-523-2240.
