3. APPLICATION TO RESERVE FLIPPEN PARK GAZEBO

   Flippen Park is located at 4421 N. Versailles Avenue between Lomo Alto Drive and Armstrong Parkway.

   The undersigned hereby agrees to abide by the following rules as set out by Sections 1.11.201 and 1.11.202 of the Code of Ordinances.

   1. Applicant must be an adult resident of the Town of Highland Park, Texas
   2. Residents and guests must abide by all Town ordinances and State and federal laws governing conduct in public parks, streets, and sidewalks
   3. Applicant shall be solely responsible for the cost of repairing damage caused to shrubbery, grass, and any other Town property, by the group using the facilities
   4. The following is not permitted:
      1. Food or drinks served or consumed,
      2. Music, recording equipment, artificial lighting, or any other electrical equipment,
      3. Chairs, floral arrangements, candelabra, or any other props or hardware.
   5. Maximum number of persons in attendance is twenty-five (25)
   6. Reservations shall be a maximum of thirty (30) minutes, during daylight hours. There shall be a thirty (30) minute period between reservation times.
