The 4719 Cole Avenue zoning case was not reviewed by the Dallas Planning Commission on Thursday, March 20, 2014. It's anticipated the zoning case will be reviewed as early as mid April.
Once the Town confirms the date of the new hearing, we will provide information for you on the Town website.
It appears the developer may be asking for additional time as an opportunity to meet with concerned groups and / or property owners to consider possible modifications to its zoning proposal. The Town will monitor the discussions and continue presenting its concerns of the current, or any revised, zoning proposal.
The Town of Highland Park asks residents to continue to register their position by sending a letter to the Dallas City Plan Commission regarding the proposed zoning request for 4719 Cole Avenue.
