The Monarch Herald is a monthly eNewsletter available to the residents of the Town of Highland Park. The publication will include a monthly calendar of events; and short, informative articles to keep readers informed. The current and past issues of the newsletter will be available on the Town's web page hptx.org/newsletter, as well as a link to be notified when the new issue has been posted for reading.
