The Highland Park Harvey R. "Bum" Bright Library will be closed Thursday, July 4. The Library will reopen on Friday, July 5.
You can still check out eBooks, downloadable audiobooks, and digital magazines on the Library’s website. Also, you can access online databases on the Library’s website. All you need is your library card number and PIN, which is the last four digits of your library card number.

Exercising in the water is great way to exercise because it puts less stress and pressure on joints because the buoyancy of the water. Water also acts as a form of resistance, so strength exercises can be performed in the water without heavy weights.
Water Aerobics will be on hiatus July 3, - 4, 2019. Classes resume July 9.

We will teach you simple techniques, backed by scientific research, to help you lose some of your stress and gain more of what you want from life.
Enhance your awareness in the present moment, unifying your body and mind with gentle movements, stretches and breathing. You leave the session feeling refreshed as well as calmer. also provide other significant health benefits including improved strength, balance, flexibility, circulation, brain function, and immune system.
No special attire is necessary, easily practiced in work clothing. All abilities are welcome. No previous experience is necessary.
