Art in the Park with artist Anne Gunthner

The Town of Highland Park - Parks and Recreation Department and the Highland Park Harvey R. “Bum” Bright Library will be hosting several plein air art opportunities this summer. These programs allow adults of all skill levels to learn from accomplished artist and teacher, Anne Gunthner. Classes are limited to 12 participants each session, and reservations are required.

Anyone interested in participating is required to make a reservation for one of the three classes offered by calling the Highland Park Library at 214-559-9400. Class dates are: 

  • Friday, May 31, from 9 - 11 a.m. at the Highland Park Pool;
  • Friday, June 28, from 9 – 11 a.m. in Prather Park; and
  • Saturday, July 13, from 2 - 4 p.m. in the Highland Park Town Services Center classroom located at 5005 Holland Ave.

All materials will be provided to attendees.
