Virtual Reference Service
The Highland Park Library website now has an online chat option for virtual reference service. Go to the Library’s homepage or Welcome page to access this service. One of our staff will be online to answer your questions Tuesday - Saturday from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m.
For added security, please do not share personal information over the chat service. If you have questions about your library card account, please email or call Library staff.
Highland Park Library staff are available by phone and email, Tuesday - Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to issue library cards for Highland Park residents, assist patrons with their information needs, answer questions about library cards, and offer consultations on accessing digital services.
