As part of the longest-running national celebration of books for young people and the joy of reading, over 750 schools, libraries, and bookstores will celebrate Children’s Book Week from April 30 to May 6 from coast to coast in all 50 states.
This May marks the 99th anniversary of Children’s Book Week; the theme for this year’s celebration is “One World, Many Stories.” Visit the Highland Park Harvey R. "Bum" Bright Library, Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., to discover wonderful children's literature and find a new favorite read,
