The Breakfast in Blue is a fundraising event that coincides with the Law Enforcement Torch Run, the grassroots fundraising arm of Special Olympics. Tickets to the Breakfast in Blue are $20 and all proceeds go toward supporting the athletes of Special Olympics Texas. The breakfast is "buffet style," with Highland Park DPS officers serving coffee and orange juice. Highland Park DPS is grateful to the Patrizio staff for their hard work and delicious breakfast menu which make this a wonderful, annual event. Email Sgt.
