Meditation Mondays at the Highland Park Pool, 7:00 a.m.: Mindfulness mediation helps those seeking to improve their mental, physical and emotional well-being. The mind and body are connected, and meditation assists with the reduction of stress.

Tai Chi Fridays at Prather Park, 7:00 a.m.: Practicing Tai Chi and Qigong can provide numerous health benefits, and the benefits include stress reduction, increased relaxation, improved balance, improved coordination, and increased energy. Tai Chi Fridays is held in Prather Park, 3800 Lexington Avenue.
