Mindful Meditation and Mindful Movement will be offered again, but this time will be online. For June, July, and early August, the Mindful Meditation and Mindful Movement classes will be offered virtually on Zoom. Janet Sandman of The Noble Dragonfly will lead the meditation sessions. Janna Whitton of Tai Chi with Janna will lead participants in low impact, meditative movements.
