Mommy & Me Yoga

Designed for parents and caregivers with babies 8 weeks to 1 year old, this 60-minutegentle practice incorporates soothing movements, stretches, massage, and postural exercises to promote relaxation and connection. Through gentle swaying, lifting, and interactive play—including songs and rhymes, —you'll support your baby's development while engaging in mindful movement yourself.
