The Finance Department is responsible for the accurate maintenance of all fiscal, human resources, and budget records pertaining to the operations of the Town. Areas of responsibility include general accounting, treasury functions, the annual audit, the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR), preparation of monthly financial reports for management, payment of all Town obligations, payroll processing, personnel administration, budget preparation, preparation of the Annual Budget document, employee benefits administration, stores account management, risk management and liability and property insurance management.
