The Town’s Engineering Department is responsible for the planning, design, construction and inspection of capital projects and capital improvements for the Town by performing such functions directly or by contract. Mockingbird Lane Warranty Repairs The Mockingbird Lane Reconstruction Project was completed a year ago. At the close of the project, a one year warranty period began for all items in the contract. The Town staff has identified several areas that require attention under this warranty. For this reason, there will be some minor repairs and replacement of asphalt and concrete taking place soon. The work will be done on two consecutive Saturdays (weather permitting), in order to minimize the inconvenience. Locations of this work that will require closure of the road are shown here. Other miscellaneous items dealing with sidewalks and curb repairs, etc., are not shown, but a list of these is available with the engineering department if interested.
