LOCATION AND HOURS

TOWN HALL
The offices of the Town of Highland Park are located in Town Hall, 4700 Drexel Drive, between Eton Avenue and Euclid Avenue. The Town’s General Administrative offices, Utility Department and Building Inspection offices are located on the first floor of the building. The Highland Park Municipal Court, Finance Department and Town Council Chambers are located on the second floor. All Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number for Town Hall is 214/521-4161. Municipal Court is held on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number for the Highland Park Municipal Court is 214/559-9303.

MUNICIPAL COURT
The Highland Park Municipal Court is located on the second floor of Town Hall.  Municipal Court is held on Thursdays from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number for the Highland Park Municipal Court is 214/559-9303.  The phone is not answered on Thursday afternoons while Court is in session 

LIBRARY
The Highland Park Library is adjacent to Town Hall and is open Tuesday through Saturday from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The Library may be accessed either from inside Town Hall or from the building entrance on St. John’s Drive. The phone number for the Highland Park Library is 214/559-9400.

PUBLIC SAFETY
The Department of Public Safety is also adjacent to Town Hall. The Department is open 24 hours daily; however, Public Safety Administrative offices are open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The phone number (non-emergency) for the Department is 214/521-5000.
