A. The Town has an annual concrete repair program for this type of instance. Please contact the Engineering Department to have the location placed on the list for evaluation and budget. Contact us at (214) 521.4161 or fill out the Maintenance Request form.
Q. Our street does not handle rain water adequately and it is causing local flooding. What can we do?
A. The Engineering Department is working on an Overall Master Drainage Plan and Flood Study. Please contact the Engineering Department to submit a complaint so that your concerns are incorporated and the problem can be evaluated. (214) 521.4161 or via email hhaseloff@hptx.org.
Q. Where can I view the Flood Plain map?
A. FEMA has downloadable FIRM maps of the floodplain at FEMA.gov or you may visit the engineering department to view a copy.
