To The Residents Of Highland Park, Texas: The Highland Park Department of Public Safety is a member of the Dallas County and North Texas Homeland Defense Networks. As such, we meet regularly with our local, State and Federal agency partners. The common goal of the Network is planning for and responding to all threats to the safety and security of our communities. The Highland Park DPS believes that providing the Highland Park Community with current, factual and topical information is vital to the successful resolution of any natural disaster or act of terrorism that might occur.
