Friends of the Library
A non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, the Friends of the Highland Park Library (also known as the Friends) was organized July 28, 1981. Membership is open to all who are interested.

Purpose

Since its creation in 1981 the Friends has paid half of all costs to automate the library, purchased computers and other equipment, provided special Story Times, and helped the library in many other ways. Your tax-deductible contribution is sincerely appreciated.

Homes of the Park Cities
THE HOMES OF THE PARK CITIES is the Friends' book on the architecture of the Park Cities. It is available in local shops and book stores, as well as on Amazon. The book was written by Virginia McAlester, Willis Winters, and Prudence Mackintosh, and features photographs by Steve Clicque.
