The Town is committed to providing residents the highest level of service, and this partnership improves our ability to meet advances in alarm monitoring technology while maintaining our rapid response time.

The partnership requires updated information from residents who currently have direct alarm monitoring. For more details, please review the Frequently Asked Questions.

Alarm Registration
The Town of Highland Park requires that residents and businesses within the town limits of Highland Park register their alarm annually for a fee. Please visit the Alarm Registration webpage for additional information on the alarm registration process.

Direct Monitoring
The Highland Park Department of Public Safety offers direct alarm monitoring, which bypasses the need for a separate monitoring center and speeds up response time in the case of an activation.

The fee for direct monitoring is $28 to $35 per month, depending on the service provided.
