4600 Block of Mockingbird Lane and Southern Avenue Alley Rehabilitation
The project is designed to replace the aged water and sewer lines in the alley after completion of the gas main replacement by ATMOS Energy. New concrete will be placed in the alley after completion. Council awarded the bid to Excel 4 Construction. Excel 4 is currently working on the water line.
Smoke Testing 2017
The smoke testing is a yearly project to locate possible cross connections with the existing sanitary sewer system. This years project should begin in June of 2017 and last a month, if the weather cooperates. If you have questions related to the project please contact David Ferguson at 214-559-9377 for assistance.

Miscellaneous Concrete Spot Repairs 2017 (Annual contract, Ongoing)
The project will include replacement of sidewalk, curb and
gutter, and street pavement repairs along various streets in the Town.
After completion, new asphalt will be placed on the streets.
