Mindfulness Classes

Mindfulness Meditation: On Tuesdays, this courses will take the mystery out of meditation and teach you simple techniques, backed by scientific research, to help you lose some of your stress and gain more of what you want from life.

Tai Chi and Qigong: On Thursdays, the course is designed to reduce stress, increase relaxation and energy, improve balance, strength, coordination and flexibility, lower blood pressure, and even enhance brain function and boost your immune system.

Both classes are held in the HPDPS training room, 3rd floor, 4700 Drexel Drive. To access the third floor training room, enter the dispatch lobby door, the door just north of the main Town Hall entrance, and use the elevator on your left.
